Room Reservations and Audiovisual Services
Reserve SPH classrooms, conference rooms, and/or A/V equipment –
- Please note there are housekeeping fees for evening/weekend events over a certain size. (12 with food, 25 without)
- Review the Gillings School Guidelines (PDF) for reserving rooms and using spaces in the school.
The department has two laptops. These are available for short-term use by faculty, grad students and postdocs. These are first-come first-served resources.
